Energy-saving LED bulbs due to the use of specialized LEDs, they have a long operating time. Depending on the brand or manufacturer, the life of the bulb varies between 15 and even 100 thousand. work hours. However, the average duration of action on the packaging is about 30 thousand. hours. It is therefore stated that the LED bulb works about 6 times longer compared to a halogen bulb and about 15 times longer compared to standard tungsten bulbs. After the specification of these products, it can also be seen that the power of the LED and standard light bulb is much smaller while achieving similar light values ​​as its standard replacements. Low power consumption is associated with lower electricity bills, which contributes to financial savings. In addition, low power consumption makes LED bulbs, they are subject to less exploitation, which results in their long service life. The main feature that differentiates energy-saving LED bulbs from standard tungsten bulbs is that they do not burn out like standard bulbs. The LED bulb only loses its power by about 30%, but only after a specified lifetime by the manufacturer. This means that the light bulb starts to work less well over time, but continues to work after the lifetime indicated by the manufacturer. That's why you rarely see an LED bulb that burns out in old age. Thanks to this, we do not have to worry that suddenly one day we will lose lighting in our room, and it will be a commercial Sunday and we will not be able to buy a new light bulb, which is why we are doomed to sit in the dark.
